Service Summary – Torsion Spring Replacement & Tune-Up
Confirmed proper spring sizing on arrival. Removed failed torsion springs and installed two new lifetime torsion springs and center bearing. Tested and balanced door. Performed full tune-up: lubricated hinges, rollers, bearings, and springs, greased opener rail, reset open/close and force limits. Adjusted top fixtures to eliminate light gap on top panel. Homeowner confirmed satisfaction with door operation.
