Customer reported backing into the door. Inspection
revealed a bowed bottom section and strut (cosmetic, not affecting operation),
fatiguing TorqueMaster spring causing heavy door balance, and loose/crooked
hinges. Customer signed up for Wags Family Plan. Straightened and tightened all hinges;
lubricated hinges, rollers, cables, and drums.
