Customer reported door opening ~1 ft before struggling and reversing. Found fatigued Torque Master spring — not yet broken but extremely heavy. Customer approved full conversion. Installed new bearing plates, center bearing, spring, drums, shaft, and lift cables. Tensioned to spec, reset opener limits, tested door and operator — both functioning properly. Lubricated all moving components.
