Safe & Sound Inspection on two 8x8 uninsulated Clopay doors with Genie 2028 openers. Customer reported one door not opening and both doors noisy. Found corroded sensor terminals on door 2 and dry hinges with metal shavings on both doors. Completed two maintenances and sensor replacement. Replaced both sensors on door 2, lubed hinges/rollers/springs/bearings/cables on both doors, tightened chains on both openers. Doors and openers operating properly at completion.
