Upon arrival, the customer reported concerns about door safety and that the door wouldn't open fully, preventing him from parking inside. Inspection revealed several issues including improperly set opener limits, a sagging chain, worn sprocket gears, fraying cables, aged 2012 springs causing a heavy door, and lack of lubrication throughout. Customer approved a full rebuild and opener replacement — technician installed .207 springs with new hardware, nylon rollers, two hinges, and a LiftMaster 2220L chain drive opener with remote and keypad, then balanced the door, programmed all controls, and walked the homeowner through operation.
