A snapped TorqueMaster spring had this Saint Augustine homeowner's Wayne Dalton door completely out of commission — and during our inspection, we confirmed the rest of the door and Genie opener were in great shape. We removed the failed TorqueMaster system and converted it to a dual torsion spring setup with a new shaft, bearings, drums, cables, and two powder-coated springs, leaving the door fully operational and built to last.
