Performed Safe & Sound Inspections on two steel-back insulated doors (16x7 and 8x7). Customer reported a broken spring on the 16x7 door, which was confirmed during inspection. Door was weighed to verify spring sizing — existing springs were correctly sized for the door weight. J-arm was also found to be bent. Replaced both torsion springs on the 16x7 door, installed new rollers on both doors, and completed full maintenance/lubrication on both doors. J-arm addressed. Both doors operating correctly upon completion.
