Thomas in Saint Augustine got our $0 Safe & Sound Inspection on both garage doors — a 16x7 (2012 Chamberlain belt-drive) and a 9x7 (2003 LiftMaster). During the inspection, we found the Chamberlain's drive belt was destroyed with missing teeth, causing the door to lock up. We also lubricated and serviced both systems, and flagged some wear on the original 2003 spring and double-door cables for down the road.
