Completed S&S Inspection on 16x7 uninsulated door w/ Chamberlain chain drive (2023). Found loose chain, fatigued springs, and zero maintenance since install. Performed full lube & maintenance—rollers, hinges, bearings, cables, drums, springs. Adjusted spring tension, tightened chain, reset force/travel limits. Pre-existing bent rail noted to homeowner. Door operating quietly and correctly at close.
