Customer reported detached opener rail pin (no cotter pin found) and sensor misalignment error. Reinstalled slide/pin with new cotter pin. Diagnosed sensors: alignment and wiring confirmed good, but door still errored without sunlight interference — sensors had failed. Temp-tested new LiftMaster sensors, confirmed fix, customer approved replacement. Fully installed new LiftMaster sensors; retested and confirmed proper door function.
