Arrived to failed torsion springs; customer had signed estimate for replacement. Measured door and confirmed correct spring size needed. Removed failed springs, installed two new .25 x 30" springs with steel center bearing. Lubricated springs, tested door balance and operation. Reset open/close limits on operator, confirmed proper function with and without opener. Reviewed completed work with customer — fully satisfied.
