Customer's Genie chain-drive opener wasn't operating; door was extremely heavy on manual release. Diagnosed a broken TorqueMaster spring. Customer approved conversion to standard torsion system. Removed failed TorqueMaster components; installed new torsion springs, cables, drums, bearings, bearing plates, and shaft. Tensioned springs, confirmed proper door balance, and lubricated all new parts plus existing rollers and hinges. 16x7 Wayne Dalton door.
