Performed full maintenance, dent repair, and bottom seal replacement on a 16x7 Wayne Dalton door with Genie 2028 opener. Repaired panel dent, removed old bottom seal and installed new seal with retainer, lubricated springs, rollers, cables, bearings, and hinges. Tightened opener chain and added spring tension. Relocated sensors lower to clear bottom strut interference. Door and opener operating properly.
