Customer reported door sticking on initial daily opening; door would stay open only via manual emergency release, then wouldn't hold at full open. Diagnosis: weak TorqueMaster spring + sticky vinyl trim residue. Customer approved TM conversion only (declined trim). Installed new torsion springs, bearings, cables, drums, shaft, bearing plates. Balanced door, reset opener limits, lubricated. Tested — operating properly.
