Replaced 2 broken T-handle locks with new sets, tested locking/operation. Removed old 2006 springs, installed new ones, set proper tension, confirmed door balance. Replaced all rollers with new 7" stem nylon ball-bearing rollers. Lubricated all moving parts—door now quieter and running smoothly. Walked customer through finished work and demoed new lock operation.
