On arrival, customer stated that the garage door would open or act erratically. Throughout inspection found a bad wall button. With customer approval install installed new wall button and also performed a maintenance for her wags plan that she also approved. Lubricated springs, hinges, bearings, and all necessary hardware. Tested garage door multiple times before departure. Customer is very satisfied.
