Performed torsion spring conversion and full tune-up on a 16x7 Wayne Dalton garage door with Chamberlain belt drive opener. Upon arrival, confirmed both springs were broken. Manually lifted the door to safely relocate the customer's vehicle. Removed the existing broken Torque Master system in full. Installed new shaft, bearings, cables, drums, and two WagMore Forever Springs. Wound springs to proper tension and verified door balance. Lubricated all hinges, bearings, rollers, and springs. Reviewed completed work with customer — door and opener operating properly, customer satisfied.
