Upon arrival, we identified an internal wire break affecting the safety sensors. We walked the customer through two options — repair the existing wiring or replace the sensors entirely — and he approved the replacement. We removed the old sensors, cut out the damaged wire, and installed two new LiftMaster safety sensors with fresh wire connections. The door was tested thoroughly to confirm proper operation.
