Arrived on site and found one TorqueMaster system failed with broken, cut cables. Customer requested torsion conversions on both garage doors (one single-car, one double-car). Converted both doors from TorqueMaster to standard torsion spring systems, set the opener limits, and confirmed both doors are in good working order. Customer paid by card over the phone.
