Upon arrival, found the customer's TorqueMaster system had a broken spring inside the tube, leaving the door unable to open. After discussing options, the customer requested a torsion conversion. Completed the conversion, performed a full maintenance and safety check, and lubricated all hinges and rollers. Door is operating properly.
