Customer reported the door would only close fully if the wall button was held down; otherwise it reversed back up. Inspection found failed safety sensors. Customer approved the repair, and we returned to replace the old sensors with new safety sensors and brackets. Tested door operation after install, and the door is in good working order. Customer satisfied with the repair.
