We had the pleasure of working with WagMore Garage door repair company recently. From start to finish, the entire process was very easy and efficient. Tabitha fit us in their busy schedule and Adam, the technician, arrived exactly when he said he would. Adam knew exactly what he was doing and completed the repair quickly. He then performed free garage door inspections and provided us with the detailed report to help us plan for future maintenance. Adam arrived within 30 minutes of calling Wagmore and was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly and provide a breakdown of the solution. Given the root cause and fix did not require a replacement of a part and only minor correction. There was no charge and the service! Everyone was extremely courteous and respectful of my time and I’ll be calling Wagmore again for all future garage door needs!

Wagmore is the absolute best! I got a very quick appointment and my service manager Deklin Casey was right on time. He was extremely courteous and communicated with me through every step. Very knowledgeable and helpful!! Highly recommend them!

Adam was able to install a new seal that was no longer providing a good seal. Adam was also to help with my opener and diagnose a bad opener and will be getting a new opener installed in a couple of days.

Garage doors sounded like they were snap, crackle, and popping. Sent chill up my spine every time I hit the openers. Not anymore. Thanks to Deklin from Wagamore, now running smooth and quiet! Also had the rubber weather strip on bottom of doors replaced. They’re like new!

Wagmore Garage Doors is our new go to for garage door service and repairs. Tabitha makes scheduling effortless and Deklin is very professional when he comes to the house for the service call. He takes the time to inspect and diagnose the situation then explains in layman terms what needs to be done. He prioritizes what needs to be done in order of importance so you can decide what you want to do. Deklin performed their maintenance program on our garage door and replaced the spring and it now works better than it did when it was brand new. If you have garage door problems I highly recommend Wagmore Garage Doors!

I had a great experience with Wagmore Garage Doors. I reached out through Thumbtack, and a representative contacted me within minutes. They were happy to communicate via text, which made it incredibly easy to explain the issues I was having and share photos of my setup. My 12-year-old system had never been maintained and finally gave out, specifically with the sensors and the opener itself. The technician arrived the very next day and did a thorough job explaining the repairs needed. After comparing my options, I decided to go with a brand-new opener because of their excellent warranty. The installation was fast, and the tech kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s a relief to have a working garage door again and a solid maintenance plan in place. I’m happy to support a local business that is professional, communicative, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Tabitha was prompt, informative and courteous. I scheduled an inspection in the AM and the tech was able to come same day. Deklin was knowledgeable and laid out all of my options for me. I have not had any work performed by Wagmore yet, however I do plan on scheduling work soon.

We recently moved to St. Augustine and had been rolling the dice whenever we need a tradesperson. When our garage door started acting up (going down super fast, up slowly, then the other day it would not go down at all), we knew we needed to have it checked out. We've never had a motorized garage door before, so we're not familiar with how they operate or can be adjusted. The motor definitely looks old, and we figured it might be time. So, in a network group I'm a part of, I found out one of the owners of Wagmore is a member. I sent her a message and told her what was going on. Our door works, but not really the way I think it should. They were quick to respond and set up a free consultation. Keep in mind, I was expecting a "you need to replace everything" type of free consultation. We did a similar free consultation for our AC unit, and the tech (totally different company) would not stop trying to convince my wife that we needed a blue light inside our AC. Come on. Some of these service folks are salespeople. Stop with the add-on sale. It felt like they had a quota to hit. The Back to our door. Long story short, we got an analysis. Everything is pretty good. Some light wear on a few parts, the motor is known for super-fast movement, and since the non-operational situation couldn't be duplicated, the tech shared his knowledge of what might cause it: direct sun, a sensor issue, etc. He also assured me the spring is set correctly and that we can simply disconnect the motor if it happens again, and if so, call them to diagnose the problem. No hard sell at all. Our garage door does not need a blue light. Ha! Just some items to keep our eyes on. Wagmore gained our trust. Now it's time to find a new AC maintenance company with the same moral sales compass as Wagmore. Say no to the blue light add on sale!
