Completed $123 WAGS Plan 16-point inspection and lubrication. Double door is paired with a low-HP opener that's undersized for the door; recommended upgrading to a higher-horsepower unit. Customer reported the garage door was not operating properly. Inspection found the opener belt excessively loose. Tightened belt to proper tension; door tested through multiple full cycles and is operating normally. Advised customer that the opener's jumpy, bouncing movement is caused by the sectional (pieced-together) rail rather than a one-piece rail, which allows slight flex during travel.
